Responsibilities:

• Provide support in IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops and other office peripherals;

• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills in PC environment; and

• Assist & provide advice to senior member of IT Department in system upgrade and /or new applications projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience;

• Experience in Windows operating system (Win7, and Server 2008, 2012& MS Office and Mail System);

• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage;

• Experience on troubleshooting PC hardware, software and peripherals is also a prerequisite; and

• Hardworking and able to work independently

(fresh graduate will also be considered)
