Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for the client to ensure delivery of service
• Enhance relationship with client through provision of professional support service and care
• Ensure client documents are maintained, current and up to date
• Handle customer enquiries, technical support and follow up orders
• Coordinate between external clients and internal clients
• To monitor the progress of testing order
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree holder in any discipline; Technical discipline (Science / Engineering) an advantage
• 1+ years working experience, and experience in testing laboratory is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good trouble shooting skills and presentation skills
• Details oriented
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office a must)
• Pleasant telephone manner
