Responsibilities

• Independently handle full set of books and manage monthly and annual close process;
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and reports including schedules and analyses;
• Strong knowledge in Import / Export Bills handling is preferable;
• AR/AP Control;
• Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly reconciliation & analysis;
• Handling daily accounting entries, data inputs and filing;
• Assist daily operations of the accounting department and duties;
• Assist in formulate and improve costing system;
• Assist in other ad hoc projects;
• Garment Background is preferred ;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 5 years solid accounting experience in garment trading company;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Office;
• Good command in English, Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills;
• Able to meet tight deadline & work independently;
• Detailed-minded, numeracy with high level of accuracy;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, mature and punctual and with sense of responsibility;
• Immediately available is preferred.
