Responsibilities職責︰

• Perform internal audit in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.;
• 負責執行有關 ISO9001 體系的內部審核
• Responsible for developing, reviewing and implementing in quality system and procedures for continual improvement its operation and effectiveness
• 負責建立、推行、評估良好及有效之品質管理流程，以持續改善公司運作之效率性
• Design and organize in-house training in quality management to ensure compliance with the ISO requirements
• 設計及組織 ISO 體系及品質管理之培訓教材，貫徹實行
• Follow up and evaluate the staff progress to ensure work performance and training effectiveness in evaluation program
• 定期分析、評估、跟進培訓成果及員工的水平，並作出績效考核
• Advise and analyze the related quarterly reports on quality management and effective manpower planning to management to support business development
• 每季度提供意見及分析報告予管理層，按各部門實際需求作人力規劃，以配合公司迅速發展
• Responsible for preparing human resources statistical analysis report
• 製作各類人力資源數據分析報告
• Work independently, able to liaise with external auditors and other related parties
• 獨立工作，但定期與外審專員或相關部門緊密溝通
• Responsible for Day-to-day HR operations and provide guideline to HR assistant, including recruitment & training, payroll, MPF, taxation, employment contract preparation, personal file maintenance etc.
• 管理人力資源部日常運作，提供指引予人力資源部助理，包括：招聘及培訓、薪酬計算、強積金及稅務管理、僱傭合約、管理所有僱員個人資料文件等
• Manage statutory compliance for the company
• 確保公司條文香港法例及法則
• Conduct and implement the Company Employee Handbook
• 統籌及推行公司員工守則

Requirements入職要求︰

• Degree holder in Quality Management / Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 品質管理、人力資源學位資格或相關資歷
• 5 years solid working experience
• 五年相關工作經驗
• Certified Auditor (ISO, Compliance) is highly preferred
• 持有 ISO 體系證書或相關審核資格者優先考慮
• Proficient knowledge in ISO9001 system
• 需熟悉 ISO9001 體系
• Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance or other employment-related legislations
• 需熟悉香港僱傭條例及勞工法例
• Energetic, independent, self-confident and well organized
• 積極、具獨立處事能力、有自信及良好組織能力
• Good team player with excellent communication skills and presentation skills, able to work with people at different level
• 擁有良好人際交往能力、溝通能力、表達能力，能與不同資歷人士合作
• Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English
• 良好中、英文書寫及會話
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing is a MUST
• 熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel) 及必須懂得中文打字(倉頡/速成)

Work Location: Millennium City 3, Kwun Tong

工作地點：觀塘創紀之城3期

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00

工作時間：星期一至五，09:00-18:00

Benefit:Bank Holidays, 10 days Annual Leave, Year-end bonus
