Requirements:

-          Degree or diploma in Engineering, Science or related field.

-          Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience on quality assurance and control processes for the following: ceramic/glass/metal/plastic/plush/X’mas deco/bath/household products.

-          Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

-          Hands-on experience, proactive, good problem solving and analytical skill.

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-          Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

-          Position based in Hong Kong with frequent travels to China

Responsibilities

-          Work closely with merchandising team and product development team from initial product development till production.

-          Risk analysis and assessment at development stage to proactively identify potential technical issues in production

-          Work closely with factories on QA protocol, production tolerances and solutions to technical challenges

-          Work directly with laboratory according customer regulation and follow up product testing

-           Investigate and response timely to customer’s queries on regulatory and quality
