Job Responsibilities

• Perform staff orientation with new join staff
• Handling recruitment process including screening and selecting, conduct interview for staff in HK
• Liaise with training vendor for training and development program within the company
• Complie HR reports e.g. salary index, benefit level, salary scale, vacancies and turnover analysis etc.
• Prepare HR related documents in relation to employment, staff movement and termination.
• Handle ad hoc HR projects as assigned

         Job Requirement

• Diploma or above in HRM or related discipline  
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resources field, familiar with MPF, compensation & benefits administration  
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and experience in handling labour tribunal cases  
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
• Circumspect, accurate, well-organized, able to work independently and meet tight dealines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
