Responsibilities:

• Implementation of public relations and special event programs for the company
• Project management & strong marketing sense and creativity in promotional campaign and PR strategies
• Prepare budgetary planning, cost control, research & analysis for the marketing and promotional activities
• Responsible for new product development and launch
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives
• Analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing/PR with at least 4 – 5 years relevant experience, preferable in skincare / retail industry
• Be beauty conscious, a good team player and able to work under pressure
• Pleasant, out-going personality with good problem solving skills
• Possess good connections in Media
• Result-oriented, resourceful, highly self-motivated and strong multi-tasking skill
• Strong experience in people management and good communication skill
• Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese
