Job Description

Our company is looking for Administration Managers, one for Hong Kong office and one for overseas office, to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of administrative duties including policy and procedure formulation, house keeping and maintenance, renovation and relocation, office automation and filing systems, security and company functions, etc.
  • Review and monitor the contract with supplier and vendor such as office lease, and office equipment.
  • Handle full spectrum of human resources functions and activities with major focus on recruitment & selection, training & development & performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business administration.
  • A minimum of 15 years’ all-round office administration experience in sizable organizations of which 5 years are at managerial level. Previous working experience in construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in PC application (e.g. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work under pressure and with multi-tasking ability.
