Key Responsibilities:

• To develop and draw architectural claddings and building facade details
• To prepare shop drawings for interior and exterior works in aluminium and steel
• To draw and check fabrication drawings
• To issue all production drawings/information to factory
• To liaise with the Production and Quality Control Managers, to ensure that schedules are on time and that quality specifications are being adhered to
• To maintain proper filing record of drawing transmittal and project correspondence
• To organize “As-Built” shop drawing for submission
• Any other duties as assigned by the Design Manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant industry experience in architectural drafting
• Proficient in ACAD, having knowledge of Solid Works would be an advantage
• Sound understanding of engineering principles
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Passion for good design
