Account Manager

YOU WILL FIND

A challenging role who will be responsible for achieving the sales target of assigned customers, explore new/potential customers. Analyze business models of target clients, and provide professional suggestions or solutions to clients in order to develop projects. He/She also need to implement the Swarovski ingredient brand, through working closely with all other business functions of Gemstones Business organization.

• Achieve the sales goal and ensure the ingredient brand implementation
• Expand the customer base, identify and develop potential/new clients
• Develop, offer and implement added value and customized services to partners and key accounts
• Account Planning, conduct and present annual sales and keyaccount development plan
• Strategize the business development
• Analyse business models of target clients and then provide suggestions or solutions

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in B2B or B2C
• Good knowledge of marketing or retail business in jewelry segment is a preference
• With the experience in brand implementation is an advantage
• With jewelry production knowledge or jewelry field experience is an advantage
• Structured, well-organized and having excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Able to act independently
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Frequent travelling to China is required
