The Senior Manager will be responsible for the sales and operations of the retail business of Parsons Music in Hong Kong market.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement business strategies and plans to achieve organizational sales targets and revenues
• Direct, through subordinate managers and staff, the ongoing operations and/development of the retail operations within the scope of the company’s mission and vision
• Oversee operation of retail business to ensure all procedures and guidelines are effectively enforced, and to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee inventory management of branches to ensure customer demands are met efficiently through sufficient product inventory
• Oversee store fitting-out and renovation works in compliance with the corporate image and standards
• Adopt latest IT technology to facilitate day-to-day management and leverage competitive advantages of the company
• Develop effective service strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and provide a consistently high level of service standards
• Drive operations manpower planning and manage all aspects of retail operations and frontline staff
• Promote performance based and inspirational culture within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Operations Management
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in chain store management, and ideally with franchise management experience
• Exposure to retail business of musical instruments and educational services is preferred
• Experience in leasing management and renovation management is an advantage
• Extensive experience in branch management, people management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with knowledge in Mandarin preferred
