Job Description

• Upload and verify daily transactions to the system;
• Handle customer’s debt collection by phone calling daily;
• Follow-up actively with Debtors by calls;
• Prepare Overdue Reminder Letter and other necessary management reports;
• Assist in other general accounting duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Form 5 or above;
• At least 1 year experience in customer service;
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) & Chinese Word Processing;
• Good interpersonal skills, patient and self-motivated;
• Immediate available is preferred

Location: Kwun Tong

Working hours: 5 days work 9:00am - 6:00pm

• 協助一般簡單會計工作

入職要求

• 中五程度或以上；
• 1年或以上電話客戶服務；
• 必需懂電腦應用(主要Excel)及中文打字(倉頡 / 速成)；
• 良好與人相處技巧，積極主動，有耐性及有責任感；
• 可立即上班優先考慮

地點：觀塘

工作時間：每週工作五天，上午9:00 – 下午6:00
