The position will report to Head of HR for the development of corporate HR strategies and programs in talent acquisition, development and retention to support business development in Greater China and overseas markets. Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of corporate HR strategies and programs in talent acquisition, development and retention
• Manage organizational design and restructuring projects
• Lead the implementation of corporate intranet, HRIS & e-HR projects
• Participate in manpower planning, HR budgeting, employer branding, recruitment management, competency and performance management projects
• Develop compensation and benefit schemes in alignment with job grading and market practices
• Initiate corporate culture, employee engagement and development programs / activities 
• Formulate HR policies & procedures to strengthen HR operations efficiency and drive HR process improvement
• Develop HR reports to manage performance and improve HR efficiencies

Requirements:

• University graduate in HR Management or Business Administration 
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience preferably in retail and manufacturing industries  
• Experience in driving HR systems / projects for Greater China region is desirable  
• Highly motivated, can work independently and deliver results in high quality
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
