Job Duties
- Prepare quotation, PO, and invoice 
- Making some marketing materials
- Coordinate with delivery schedule between factory and Japan head office
- Assist a manager and othe rsales staffs for daily operation
- Handle general adminictrative tasks

Requirement
- Diploma or above
- At least 1-2 years sales coordinator experience
- Good command of Japanese,English and Mandarin
- Require flexible tasks 
- Immediate available is preferable
