Responsibilities:

• Responsible for appointment bookings, billings and daily clinical services
• Confirm appointment schedules and follow up phone enquiries
• Handle patient registration and service management
• Responsible for treatment preparation and equipment set up
• Assist doctors in examination procedures
• Perform clerical support and to ensure clinic are clean, tidy and hygienic

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years’ working experience in medical and customer service or other related disciplines
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good telephone manners and communication skills
• Cheerful and willing to work as a team
• Well organized, motivated and attentive to details
• Hands-on PC knowledge MS office Excel & Internet
• Immediately available is preferred
