Responsibilities : 

• Handle general ledger activities, adhering to the defined UASC standards, timelines and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining financial records as per IRS regulations.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation.
• Handle accounts payable.
• Follow up payment vouchers and receipts.
• Maintain and prepare filing of document and transaction reports.
• Other general clerical support for the Company.

Job Requirements : 

• DSE or above.
• LCC&I Higher, preferably diploma in Accounting.
• At least 2 years in General ledger preferably in shipping industry.
• Skillful in MS office.
• Reliable and able to work under pressure and work overtime.
• Immediately available is preferred.
