Qualifications

1. Form 6 or above; diploma or above in Human Resources preferable
2. At least 2 years relevant working experience in HR essential and Administration an advantage
3. Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Employment (Amendment) Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong
4. Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
5. Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation essential
6. Mature in nature, good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Positive mindset to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
8. Proactive, customer focused and business minded

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in performing a variety of HR services such as compensation and benefits, training, recruitment, performance appraisal, employees' compensation, employee relations, staff activities, etc.
• Manage HR information system such as payroll, leave records, overtime claim reports, manpower reports, etc.
• Perform office administration services such as equipment and premise maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing, insurance, etc.
• Handle outdoor jobs such as documentation delivery / pick up
• Handle other continuous improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by direct superiors
