Definition

• To handle daily orders as well as other related procurement activities, e.g., sampling, production status monitoring, quality, shipment, handling enquiries, etc.

Duties

•  Take full responsibility from the order received till shipment

• Arrange samples if necessary for approval before mass production

• Keep track of suppliers production plan to ensure on time delivery

• Keep close contact with suppliers to know status of orders at all times

• Be proactive and initiatives to solve problems in production

• Ensure on time delivery

• Negotiate with suppliers to provide the best solution to customers in case of complaints

   

Requirement

•  Communication skills

• Organized, able to work independently and under pressure, efficient and cost conscious

• A team player

• Good command in English, Mandarin & Cantonese

• 5 years of merchandising or procurement experience

• Good command of Excel, Word, PPT and so on for office software.
