Role:

• Responsible for the development of new distribution on the BIM software
• Develop and implement of BIM business and sales plan
• Explore new BIM markets and initiates plans to capture new opportunities
• Establishes and manages the annual BIM financial budget, with responsibility to meet the Company’s profitability targets
• Interacts with key BIM partners and major accounts

Requirement:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in business development and sales management, preferably in BIM market
• In-depth knowledge in Business development and Sales distribution model
• Familiar with BIM market, technology, application, software and product
• General understanding of project workflow from design through construction 
• Degree holder in building construction or marketing related disciplines
• Experience in 4D/5D BIM will be an advantage
• Fluency in Chinese and English
