Reporting to the HR Manager and lead a team to preform HR issues.  You will also manage a broad range of HR issues including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, organizational development and HR process re-engineering.  

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for full recruitment, CV screening, conduct interviews.
• Act as the advisor for the respectable account, monitor and formulate human resources polices, work procedures, staff movements, head count management in all levels of the organization
• Review and deliver performances assessment reports, proposals for staff movement, promotion and salary review.
• Handle ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines and minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.  Experience in sizeable companies would be valued.
• Experience in recruitment and strategic HR planning would be an advantage.
• Understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance in a must.
• Familiar with various HRMS and Microsoft office.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Enthusiastic, well organized and details oriented.
• Immediate availability is preferred
