Job Responsibilities

• Maintain filing system, data entry
• Perform all-rounded office administrative duties including stationery ordering, office supplies and office equipment maintenance
• Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Job Requirements

• Form 7 or above with HKCEE 5 subjects pass (included Chinese and English Syllabus B) / Form 6 or above with HKDSE Grade 2 ( included Chinese and English)
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience. Previous working experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Willing to work overtime with pay
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, Chinese work processing and Power point
• Independent, organized, self-motivated and with positive working attitude
• Immediate availability is an advantage
