Responsibilities:

• Create a set of monthly client analysis and update formula link
• Check staff reimbursement form to ensure the supporting is accuracy and sufficient
• Run Peoplesoft report and keep backup report for the month
• Prepare new bill list report quarterly
• Prepare quarterly sign off reports
• ad hoc task and special project
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in PeopleSoft is a definite advantage
• Independent mind, self-motivation and pro-active
• Detailed-mind and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively with all levels including senior management
• Good command of spoken and written English
• PC applications including MS Excel (good Excel skills including v-lookup)
