• Logistics Arrangement for events hosted by OHKF
• Clerical and Secretarial support for Community Engagement team
• e-Invitation of Community Engagement activities
• Manage participants’ database
• Maintain repository of marketing collaterals and working files for adaption
• Maintain list of vendors (production house, contractors, etc.)
  
  
  

Requirements:

• A recognized degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in programmes or event management for sizable organizations
• High proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-moltivated, aggressive, sociable and able to work under immense pressure and under tight deadline.
