REQUIREMENTS:

• F.5 graduate or above, fresh graduates are welcome
• 1 years’ relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Work & Excel
• Able to communication in English and Mandarin
• Pleasant character with good telephone manner and communication skills.
• Be able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for general reception duties, including answering incoming phone calls and/or enquiries and greeting visiotrs.
• Handle HR related matters, such as attendance record and leave record.
• Perform general office administration duties, including office supplies contral and purchase, office equipment repair and maintenance, stationery control, mails and couriers handling etc.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned. Applicants must be hardworking, responsible, attentive to details, initiative, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

•  Serve drinks to guest when necessary.
