   Position: Clerk~ Assistant Manager 10K~18K

Responsibilities:

• Improve collection results and reducing bad debt
• Handle credit management and debt collection
• Follow up with customer enquiries and delinquent accounts proactively
• Analyze credit performance and work closely with the team to comply with corporate credit policy
• Contribute to the development of credit control procedures and related credit system development
• Train and educate collection team

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skill, including demonstrated experience and making recommendations.
• Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Representative
