The role

1. In this role you will work closely with our growth and expansion team to stay ahead of localizing content for product launches and marketing initiatives. It’s essential that we maintain a close connection with users regardless of which language they speak. We need your help to ensure that each word is carefully chosen to match the tone and voice of our corporate value.

2. You'll also dedicate time to listen, engage and give value to our localized users through our in-app chat. The focuses of the role are to promote conversions in our product and build a good relationship with our early users.

What you’ll do

• Localize digital and print assets from English into Spanish
• Update our existing app copy as needed to improve our current messaging and communications
• Use your native fluency to set the tone of voice for our brand in your language
• Live chat with our early Spanish speaking users
• Work at their local time – European time zones

What we are looking for:

• B.A. in Translation, Linguistics, Journalism, communication or similar field of study (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Native fluency in Spanish
• Great inter-person and communication skills
• Have knowledge of the latest language trends, especially in the technology field
• Experience with marketing/advertising content localization
• Ability to learn new tools/systems quickly
