The role

In this role you will work closely with our product team and growth + expansion team to stay ahead of all our creative copy writes in our new mobile application project.

Right words.          Shortest phase.          Unique branding.          Ruthless persuasion.

You will lead a team of 8 language specialists, transferring and maintaining your creative copy writes throughout different languages – English (UK), French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean, Hindi and Chinese.

What we are looking for:

• B.A. in Translation, Linguistics, or similar field of study (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Native fluency in English (US)
• Knowledge of the latest language trends, especially in the technology field
• Great understanding of localization and internationalization issues
• Experience using CAT tools (e.g. Smartling, Idiom WorldServer, and Trados)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently and be able to chart direction of projects
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused and proactive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders across businesses and leadership levels
• Ability to learn new tools/systems quickly
• Self-directed - you need to take initiative in tackling large problems head on
