Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Hong Kong, Macau and overseas market’s Customer Service Centre operations (‘CSC’) and ensure its (including hotlines etc.) efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead CSC team to deliver quality service to meet and improve customers’ satisfaction.
  • Control the after sales inventory make sure in a stock level.
  • Manage different regions’ customer service centre and develop the new region service.
  • Prepare management reports and handle any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a management / supervisory position.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to work under pressure and adaptable to changes and fast growing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Customer service orientated, responsible and attentive to details.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Good PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese input.
