The jobholder is responsible for coordinating with the sales team and customers to ensure customer satisfaction in order-fulfilment and account development compiling to corporate and local policies. The Job holder will……

• Handle sales order processes in the system, to ensure that data is input accurately.
• Pro-actively follow up delivery schedule or changes for customer's orders and inform customers accordingly.
• Handle customer inquiries & complaints, to ensure rapid resolution in a professional manner
• Coordinate with messenger and prioritize deliveries to customers.
• Ensure on time handling of returned goods according to corporate guidelines.
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by team lead

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

• Higher Diploma or above with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Good command in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Highly competent in MS Office applications
• Knowledge in using Tradelink system for goods declaration is preferable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred
