The Responsibilities:

Report to Relationship Manager in the Lounge Management Team to:-

• Responsible for recruitment of new lounges to further increase lounge coverages;  
• Develop and maintain binding relationships with airport lounge operators;
• Negotiate contract terms and prepare lounge agreements and addendums;
• Prepare welcome packs and training to lounges;
• Prepare newsletter/best practice guides to lounges;
• Prepare weekly/monthly report and data analysis;
• Handle lounge complaints, lounge visit billing enquiries and lounge related issues;
• Provide day-to-day administration support to lounges;
• Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

The Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline;
• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in servicing industries; experience in Client Relationship Management a must;
• Excellent inter-personal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• Assertive, initiative, independent, methodical, detailed-oriented, highly organized in work procedures;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaking a must.
