Responsibilities:

• Develop, design and execute effective IR programs aligned with corporate objectives to achieve business growth.
• Communicate the company's strategies to investors and analysts in a proactive and timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with institutional investors, media, agencies, government bodies and related authorities.
• Responsible for corporate materials including brochures, leaflets, press releases, presentations and promote the Company effectively.
• Organize Annual General  Meetings, media conferences and corporate activities to build and maintain the company’s goodwill.
• Act as a key representative / spokesperson of the group dealing with external parties.

 Requirements:

• University degree holder or above in business, finance, corporate communications or related streams
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate communications or public relations as an inhouse investor relations
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
• Conversant with Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator or Acrobat Pro, etc.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
