Responsibilities:

• Handle the account receivable (incl. invoice issuing, accounting entries) and customers’ credit control
• Handle monthly inventory take and reconciliation
• Follow-up the enquiries
• Provide on-time monthly / periodical reports and analysis
• Assist in year-end audit and internal audit
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and system implementation
• Handle general filing and administration work of Finance Department

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
• 3-4 years or above working experience
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and to meet the deadline
• Well-organized and good in time management
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• PC literacy, especially good knowledge of MS Excel
• FlexSystem knowledge is an definite advantage

Candidates with more experience or qualification will be considered as Accounting Officer.
