Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operations and administration support to imaging centre
• Maintain staff schedules, allocation of staff and assures effective patient care and responding to customer enquiries and complaints
• Manage regulatory records, reports and ordering of medical consumables
• Liaise with IT service provider for IT support and system upgrade
• Reviewing and updating health and safety policies
• Support on recruitment including induction program
• Support on renovation and other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Medical, Healthcare or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5- year working experience
• Knowledge in medical field is an advantage
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proactive, Detail-oriented, well organized and able to work in a fast paced working environment
