Responsibilities:-

• Assist the team to manage and update member database;
• To perform general marketing administration duties, such as invoice processing, data entry, consumer / competitor / market research, copywriting support for marketing materials etc.;
• Monitor marketing programs and prepare performance review reports;
  
• Responsible for customer relationship service enhancement through all channel, such as membership, shops promotion activities and online communication services;
• Provide necessary team support in brand related functions and activities, execute marketing campaigns, activities and events;
• Website materials maintenance;
• Handle any other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:-

• Diploma or above in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 1-2 years relevant working experiences;
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point, Chinese typing;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  
• Organized, detail-minded, responsible and able to work independently;
  
• Fresh graduates will also be considered and immediate available is highly preferred
