Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer enquiries
- Follow up customer enquiries
- Liaise with the Group’s back up team, production team and/or report to the senior/management regarding the jobs
Requirements :
- Diploma or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, detail oriented, sense of responsibility
- Hard-working and able to work under pressure
- Good PC knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Immediate availability preferred
