An Assistant Accountant is responsible to handle part of the NetSuite Fixed Asset entries and also shares the work on Fixed Asset related reports. He/She will need to follow up on asset status with project managers and vendors as well as assisting in annual Fixed Asset physical count. In addition, he/she will prepare GL account reconciliations and accrual journal entries.

What You Will Do

• Assist in administration of fixed asset module
• Follow up fixed asset status and progress with internal and external parties
• Participate and coordinate fixed asset physical count
• Perform data entry and detail account reconciliation in timely manner
• Assist in month/year-end closing and support audit requirement
• Support general office administrative work and ad hoc duties

Skills We’re Stoked About

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in accounting field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Initiative, mature, details-oriented and strong communication skills and can work independently
• Well organized and positive team player with readiness to take up added responsibilities
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
