Requirements:

l   Qualified accountant with at least one additional qualification in accounting or internal audit (e.g. CIA, CISA and CFE). Previous experience in sizable audit firms is desirable

l   At least 12 years' relevant working experience, with 5 years of experience in in-house internal audit at supervisory level

l   A keen interest to challenge the status quo and think outside of the box; a proven track record in internal control re-engineering and consultancy

l   A sound knowledge in Corporate Governance Code, Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Auditing Standards

l   Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Manager, Internal Audit

Duties:

l   Report to the Head of Internal Audit, you will be a leader and a key player in the Internal Audit function of the Group

l   Design and implement audit programs to cover all aspects of the Group's business, operational, and financial processes and systems

l   Present audit reports and findings to Senior Management

l   Develop a keen understanding of each business division and function and maintain relationship with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

l   Provide consultation and advice in relation to risk management and internal controls to Senior Management and business divisions

l   Manage and develop audit staff to meet the Group's audit requirements and latest regulatory / internal auditing standards

l   Perform ad-hoc audits and investigations as required

l   No overseas traveling required
