Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general ledger, data entry, voucher preparation and filing
• Assist in handling accounts receivable/payable as well as cash/bank records reconciliations
• Coordinate invoices and payments to clients and suppliers
•  Assist in handling general routine accounting functions and ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Diploma  holder in Accounting or above,
• 1 to 2 years' relevant working experience in multi-national corporation is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge in Oracle finance system is an advantage
• Self-driven, analytical and detail oriented
• Immediate available is preferred
