Responsibilities:

• Process accurate and timely payment to vendors and staff reimbursements
• Review travel entertainment claims against the company policy and procedure
• Oversee vendor files
• Follow up outstanding invoices with local offices or vendors
• Handle enquiries from local and overseas colleagues or vendors
• Perform accounting entries and bank reconciliation
• Work independently and/or collaborate with team mate on operational process improvements and simplification
• Assist with general accountancy work
• Ad-hoc duties
  
  

Requirements:

• Solid experience in AP process is required
• Solid electronic banking system experience
• Experience in PeopleSoft is a definite advantage
• Independent, driven and proactive approach
  
• Detail oriented and strong ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively with all levels including senior management
• Good command of spoken and written English
• PC applications including MS Excel (good Excel skills including v-lookup)
