Job Responsibilities:

• Support in full spectrum of human resources functions, including but not limited to Recruitment & Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and Employee Relations
• Handle recruitment process including screening and selecting, conduct interview for junior staff
• Perform staff orientation with new join staff
• Liaise with training organizations to arrange training and development program for various staff according to their needs
• Map out and execute employee relations activities and programs
• Prepare HR monthly & annual reports e.g. salary index and scale, attendance report, vacancies and turnover analysis etc.
• Handle HR related documents in relation to employment, staff movement and termination
• Provide support in ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in HRM or related discipline  
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources field, in service or retail industry is an advantage
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance is a must
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
• Circumspect, accurate, initiative, well-organized, able to work independently and good time management
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
