Responsibilities:

-       Provides full range of secretarial and administrative support to the senior manager

-       Responsible in general office administrative support on daily operation, support other team members when applicable

-       Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;

-       Handle office supplies and expenses, time management and punctuality

-       Manage company payments and transactions, assist in administrative tasks

-       Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

-        

Requirements:

-       3 years in administrative working experience

-       University degree or equivalent

-       High proficiency in the use of Chinese and English

-       Able to work under pressure within a tense schedule

-       Mature, self-motivated, responsible, strong communication skills

-       Immediate available is highly preferred.

Candidate who has less experience will be considered as a junior position.
