Job Description:

• Assist to provide compliance advice to different internal business units;
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal or compliance documentations;
• Assist to formulate and draft compliance related policies and procedures;
• Assist to prepare compliance reports
• Handle licensing applications with regulators;
• Assist to handle regulators enquires and client complaints;
• Work with external consultants and assist in company secretarial matters
• Assist in various projects related to legal and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law , Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent
• Prefer to have at least 3 years relevant experience in compliance or related financial service industry
• Familiar with Securities and Future Ordinance regulations is an advantage;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Exposure to financial business and PRC business will be advantageous
