Job Description
Responsibilities
-
To lead and supervision of maintenance team and contractor to plan, coordinate, implement and review all repair and maintenance work

To upgrade works of building services system and liaison with client
-
To attend regular meeting and answer emergency call
-
To prepare budget and propose improvement plan to client
-
To inspect and audit on repair and maintenance works ensuring progress and completion meeting statutory requirements
-
To prepare technical specifications and requirements for all the self-preforming and outsourcing repair and maintenance works
Requirements
- Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma / Certificate in Engineering / Building Studies or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in repair & maintenance of Electrical / HVAC / Building Services and MEP systems
- Minimum 2 years working experience at managerial level in facility / property maintenance preferable
- Holder of Grade A / B Registered Electrical Worker Certificate preferable and Safety Card
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize assignments and can work independently
- Immediately available preferred
