Responsibilities: 

• Direct report to the Human Resources Manager in leading and monitoring the HR teams to perform all-rounded HR functions professionally, efficiently and effectively in 7 provinces of PRC, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, payroll administration, performance management, employee relations etc
• Review, manage and deliver the HR policies, guideline and practices in line with company objective
• Ensure all HR policies, guideline and practices compliance to PRC Labour Law and regulations
•  Act as a professional advisor to the line managers on all related HR issues
• Motivate the HR teams to raise their performance and capabilities
• Handle ad hoc projects when required
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years solid experience in full spectrum of HR functions
• Familiar with HAY job evaluation, behavior interview, manpower planning, HR budget, competency model, talent management and succession planning (preferable)
• Well verse with PRC Labour Law and regulations
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills, self-initiative and capable of working under pressure
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Station in Shunde (5 days per week) and willing to travel are required
