The China Engineers, Limited (CEL) (信昌機器工程有限公司) was established in 1928 and is a subsidiary of Sime Darby Group, one of the leading multinational conglomerates in Southeast Asia listed on Kuala Lumpur stock Exchange. CEL is also the official dealer of Caterpillar construction machines, engines and engineering products in Hong Kong, Macau and the provinces of PRC like Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Fujian and Xinjiang.
