Job Description
Responsibilites
- To report to the Project Manager
- To work as a team to carry out Heritage Building Inspections and preparation of reports
- To maintain good relationship with clients
- To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Possess a specialist diploma/ degree in Building Conservation (i.e. M.A., M.Sc. or equivalent),from a university; or being a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architectural Conservationist
- Possess at least 2 years working experience in conservation of historical buildings in Hong Kong
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize assignments and can work independently
- Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
