Job Description
A busy destination bar in Central Hong Kong is currently looking for an exceptional individual to join their friendly team as a bar tender.
As a Bar Tender, you will report into the Bar Manager and be responsible for preparing the bar for service and serving drinks and dealing with customers when the bar is open.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience as a bar tender in a fast-paced quality bar operation and have a passion for high end cocktails and customer service.

My client operates a prestigious group of restaurants in Asia and are looking for:
*Dedicated to quality & high levels of service, my client's portfolio includes upcoming western and eastern restaurants
*My client is looking for an experienced candidate who has experience in Asia (preferable Hong Kong) to steer one of their flagship restaurants through today's challenging climate
*Ideally, your background will be fine dining restaurants with an emphasis on quality produce & premium service - pan-Asian experience is a bonus but not essential
*My client is after established, proven managers so you will need a minimum of 5 years as a Restaurant Manager to be considered
*The ability to govern & motivate a large team will be paramount here
