Operation Manager needed for Pan-Asian Restaurant

My client operates a prestigious group of restaurants in Asia and are looking for:

*Dedicated to quality & high levels of service, my client's portfolio includes upcoming western and eastern restaurants

*My client is looking for an experienced candidate who has experience in Asia (preferable Hong Kong) to steer one of their flagship restaurants through today's challenging climate

*Ideally, your background will be fine dining restaurants with an emphasis on quality produce & premium service - pan-Asian experience is a bonus but not essential

*My client is after established, proven managers so you will need a minimum of 5 years as a Restaurant Manager to be considered

*The ability to govern & motivate a large team will be paramount here
