Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become the General Manager of a modern and stylish restaurant in Central Hong Kong.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of running a fast-paced destination restaurant with a reputation for high end cuisine and a quality service experience.
You will ensure that your team is well trained and motivated consistently delivering the informed and friendly service experience that the venue is known for. During service, you will be clearly identifiable as the manager greeting regular and VIP customers and dealing with any issues that arise.
Working alongside the Head Chef and Operations Manager for the group you will also ensure that the business is driven forward and that financial targets are met.

My client operates a prestigious group of restaurants in Asia and are looking for:
*Dedicated to quality & high levels of service, my client's portfolio includes upcoming western and eastern restaurants
*My client is looking for an experienced candidate who has experience in Asia (preferable Hong Kong) to steer one of their flagship restaurants through today's challenging climate
*Ideally, your background will be fine dining restaurants with an emphasis on quality produce & premium service - pan-Asian experience is a bonus but not essential
*My client is after established, proven managers so you will need a minimum of 5 years as a Restaurant Manager to be considered
*The ability to govern & motivate a large team will be paramount here
