Job Description
Responsibilities
- To manage and supervise a team of technical/non-technical staff in the delivery of Total Facility Management (TFM)/ Asset Management Solutions for an international client
- To meet and exceed agreed KPI’s and deliver a premium service to the client
- To monitor the execution of polices and strategies instituted by the Company and Senior Facility Manager/Operations Manager at supervising facilities
- To establish and maintain excellent working relationships
- To handle all budgetary aspects including the agreed target cost for all maintenance works R&M, OPEX and CAPEX Works
- To prepare regular management and financial reports
- To maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and control systems in place to meet all company standards and policies in place to deliver premium services to the client
- To look for opportunities to improve and streamline processes to deliver the most efficient and effective service to the client whilst seeking opportunities to reduce costs and make savings for both parties
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Facility/ Property Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years + solid experiences in the delivery of Asset, Facilities or Property Management, of which 2 years should be at managerial level
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Holder of relevant professional qualification (e.g. BSc Building Surveying, MCIH, MHKIH, MIFMA) or equivalent is advantageous but not essential
- Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) is advantageous
